Funds are kept in a segregated account under the Owner's name and then in a sub account under the Tenant's name.

The Internet is hard wired and plug in ready in each room. Connections and upgrading are immediate and at will. No term contract required. No Installation charge.

Our standard ceiling cassettes deliver the creature comfort temperatures you want, cost effectively and in a whisper quiet. The unit can be programmed and is serviced monthly by building maintenance at no additional cost to you. 

Electric is supplied through the building and you receive a detailed monthly invoice beginning two months in arrears. Quadruplex Outlets are spaced approximately 5 feet apart, making setting up your workspace easy.  The wiring is new and dependable. Every room has a circuit breaker box and a meter measuring your demand and consumption. You are charged an $8 a month meter reading fee and 10% above the Owner’s cost.

We offer hassle free Overnight Package Services. That means it’s easy for you to receive and to send packages. When your packages arrive they are placed in a secure package room, you’re notified by email, and you have the ability to retrieve it at your convenience, 24/7/365. Subscribe to our Package Concierge Service @$45 monthly and we will lovingly place your packages in your Suite. Otherwise you will get an email letting you know a package(s) has arrived.  

Your suite will be delivered to you disinfected and clean with the walls painted, windows operable, filters changed, and the locks, lights, internet operable.

Move-In Times: 24/7/365

Our first priority is your safety. Everything works and is code compliant. That’s the way we are. We want you safe in your workspace. Suites are furnished with Medeco locks and the public areas are under surveillance 24/7/365. 

Want a sink in your Suite? We will let you send you a Cut Sheet for your approval. Sink installation subject to written agreement. 

The Public Areas Of The Building Are Presently Disinfected With An 800 Ppm Clorox Application Electrostatically Applied Once A Day. Pending Availability, The Building Will Upgrade To Purtabs, Which Is A Tested Non Caustic Disinfecting Agent. Access Is Up Stairway “A” And Down Stairway “B”. Tenants Are Required To Wear Masks In Public Areas.
